Portuguese Guinea and Guinea-Bissau split (?) [Risolto]

Hello everybody!

I noticed that, here at Numista, coins and banknotes from Portuguese Guinea and Guinea-Bissau are in the same registry (Guinea-Bissau).

For Timor-Leste and Portuguese Timor, a very similar case, there is already separation.

The joining of Portuguese Guinea and Guinea-Bissau ended up generating a "duplicity of KM codes" for banknotes.

In this way, I believe that we can be dividing the periods of Portuguese Guinea and Guinea-Bissau, as follows:

• Portuguese Guinea (1910-1975);
• Guinea-Bissau (1976-date).

It seems that the flag you propose was never adopted (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Guinea-Bissau) 

I actually reused the Portuguese flag (already visible in search results and coin pages; it will take a few days for the country list). Please let me know if you believe this is not correct.

Hello!

In fact, the former Portuguese colonies did not officially have a flag (as far as I know), but they had coats of arms for each territory. Hence, they used to (perhaps unofficially) place these coats of arms in the right corner of the Portuguese flag.

I believe that the use of the Portuguese flag for former colonies, for registration purposes here at Numista, is perfectly acceptable! =)
