The comment in this note says that apart from the date there is no difference between P#103 and P#109. However, P#103 has signatures only at the front, while P#109 has signatures at the front and the back. Laurens Aernout also lists 2 types: LA#BFB-78 (P#103) and LA#BFB-79 (P#109).

You're absolutely right about the difference between these two KM#. The comments need changing to explain this. I wouldn't recommend splitting into two types but it's the kind of difference that is split elsewhere.

Change request has been entered. Thanks for the advice.

I would refer this to banknote master referees: @gyoschak and @Oklahoman whether it would be ok to split. Otherwise, there is nothing to be done in terms of admin intervention.

I have always been of a mind that significant changes warrant their own listings.  Signatures being moved from the front to the back of a note would be a significant change in my mind.  I am guessing the wrinkle is that there is a note with the signatures on either side, and so the one side matches a variety of another year that has the signatures on one side?

In this case, I would have two listings, and I would link these two listings, but have them seperated by Pick number which is in effect, seperating by year.
