São Tomé and Príncipe signatures [Risolto]

Hi, everyone!

I would like to request, if possible, the inclusion in the Numista database of the signatures of the different bank positions: Central Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe, National Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe and Banco Nacional Ultramarino for São Tomé and Príncipe banknotes.

When including the signatures for the São Tomé and Príncipe ballots, naturally some adjustments end up being necessary. But this time, trusting Moneypedia a lot ended up not being a good idea... =/

We will need to make some adjustments (some small, others not so much) so that the signatures are correct and, thus, the information becomes more accurate for all users.

As there are three issuing banks, I will divide the requests into three parts to try to make the requests as clear as possible. And, of course, any doubts that arise will be gladly resolved by me.

Banco Nacional Ultramarino

It is important to note that this issuing bank was responsible for banknotes from countries other than São Tomé (other former Portuguese colonies, for example). What I will list below are the changes to the São Tomé and Príncipe subscriptions (recently added).

Adjustments:

Francisco José Vieira Machado - Adjust of date mandate: 1951-1972

Manuel Carlos de Freitas Alzina - Adjust of date mandate: 1909-1914

António Pedroso Pimenta - Adjust of date mandate: 1944-1946

Artur Meneses Correia de Sá - Adjust of date mandate: 1946-1958

Inclusion:

(BFC) Balthazar Freire Cabral - Vice Governor / Mandate: 1909-1909

National Bank of São Tomé and Príncipe

I had requested the inclusion of some signatures that, in fact, were for reused banknotes from Banco Ultramarino and, therefore, new registration would not be necessary. We also need to change the names of some Governors and Ministers (here, Moneypedia's most serious errors). In addition to these, some adjustments to mandate period.

Victor Manuel Lopes Pereira - Adjust of date mandate: 1976-1981;

Miguel Trovoada - Adjust of date mandate: 1975-1978;

Henrique Pinto da Costa - Adjust of date mandate: 1978-1983;

Artur Meneses Correia de Sá - Adjust of date mandate: 1946-1958.

Delete: These records are already in the Banco Nacional Ultramarino. Some banknotes (1976 provisional issue) at the National Bank of S. Tomé and Príncipe were reused from BNU.

(ACF²) António Júlio de Castro Fernandes - Administrator;

(LPC²) Luís Pereira Coutinho - Administrator.

Name changes:

(HNS) Hildeberto Mário do Nascimento Séca - Governor / Mandate: 1981-1983 in replacement of Prudencio Reis Nascimento Oliveira Rita;

(MNM) Manuel de Nazaré Mendes - Governor / Mandate: 1988-1992 in replacement of Teotonio Angelo d'Alva Torres;

(TAT) Teotonio Angelo d'Alva Torres - Minister of Economy and Finance / Mandate: 1988-1988 in replacement of Norberto Costa Alegre.

Note: the signature files remain the same (Sig_56b.jpeg ; Sig_60b.jpeg ; Sig_60a.jpeg) respectively.

The changes here are only in mandate dates.
