Just curious, should there be a issuing entity for each city a company operates in? Why not just “Flamingo Hilton” and let the city be assigned in the title or comments?

I guess each hotel is a separate company, but its challengeable

Valid point, I think it could go either way. The Flamingo Hilton was TECHNICALLY a different name and brand than The Flamingo Reno, but both were owned by the same company. Depends on how specific you want to get really. 

I am just thinking that list is going to get rather crowded just with the individual names of casino companies and the cities they are in.
