The source code of that message has this: <p style="margin-left:-15px;">
This can not be inserted with the editor tools.
 

I think the text was copied into the WYSIWYG editor from another site with this format (a negative left margin). I do not know if the WYSIWYG editor could detect this.

 

The solution is for someone with permission to edit that message and remove the negative margin.
