I think you would get a different answer for almost every collector. Some collectors would say it has no extra value since it’s not UNC. For me, I would argue there is much more value as it seems that it was retrieved from circulation. The condition should be a non-factor with this note. So many of the recent solids are all removed from bundles before they get released to circulation and they become speculation pieces. The thrill of the find makes special numbers more special to me. As with all collectible items there is intrinsic value and the market place value. You have to decide which one is more important to you.

There are many collectors that like notes with unusual serial numbers such as this. Other examples are beginning and ending identical numbers, with central numerals such as this: 700007, etc. They can often be sold for a bit of a premium, as well. And although your note is not perfect, it is not in a terribly bad condition.
