Somehow many members “owning” the 1966 Standard circulation coin ended up on the 1966 Piefort Pattern coin page. How else can the values (US $0.12 F) for a pattern coin of mintage (500) be explained? Also with an NRI of 14 (~620 members) and 43% Frequency that means 266 members have at least one of these coins. Seems highly improbable.

See NGC page which shows 502,512,000 for the 1966 mintage, thus error on the page for all the mintages

Yes, that’s the mintage for the circulation coin I referenced above.

Also F # 125P seems incorrect looking at the related page.

Sorry, I have to procedurally reject, as there is nothing I or anyone else can do.
Users simply found the Piedfort page before the standard circulation page….

I made a CR to link this page to the correct page to simplify it.

Maybe the referee for France could investigate? Doesn't seem like leaving it wrong is the best course of action. @Goldxi65

I mean I could move the users, but that seems drastic.

Understood. Obviously some members have the correct coin. I think the pages/references need to be straighten out first. F# 124P doesn't seem to exist. I don't have the other references to check. I almost traded for a 1966 Piefort (500 mintage) with a Numista value of US $0.37 which started this post. Wouldn't have been fair to my swap partner. Maybe leave members there but “reset” the values? Guess that's an Xavier thing.

Here's a COA of a 1966 piedfort sold for US $31 in Jan 2024. Note the mintage listed is 500 as shown on the Numista page.
