you can add new page to exonumia catalogue via this link: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/contributions/pre_nouveau.php?type=exonumia (it can be found on the very bottom of every exonumia catalogue).

But in the case that items come from series, most things would be the same I presume, so your best option is to navigate to one of the existing pages of the series, and at the bottom of the page there is a duplicate page button.

This will create a copy of the page which you can modify.
