Working on the Italian translation I cannot translate this one since I cannot understand the current English text (not even the French text is very clear to me). Unfortunately, I am not even able to get more info on her.

Moreover, it seems that this artist is not referred to anywhere on Numista.

 

Could some one fix the French/English text so we can translate it?

or just drop her from the artist list

Native English speaker here. It made no sense to me. Replace “quotes” with “quotations “ and it makes sense.
