3,120 of March's new members selected a nation. 547 are American, 364 are French, 192 are Indian, 171 are South African, 146 are British, and 132 are Filipino. 135 nations are represented this month, and 80 of them have added at least one coin to their collections.
There were notable surges in memberships from Brazil, China, Cuba, El Salvador, Nigeria, Peru, Spain and Venezuela.
Afghanistan, Bahamas, Bhutan, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cayman Islands, Congo, Estonia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guernsey, Guyana, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Libya, Macau, Martinique, Mauritania, Monaco, Namibia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Oman, Panama, Saint Martin, Syria, Vietnam, Yemen and Zambia each gained one new member.
Morocco passed Ukraine for 26th rank.
Of the top 30 nations, Mexico grew the fastest in March (4.5% increase), while Portugal grew the slowest (0.8%). The USA grew by 1.2% and France grew by 1.1%.
