Have these 1 and 5 cents from Canada been issued in sets?

While looking at the catalog I have found these two types of canadian 1 and 5 cent coins:

I tried to look at the pictures of different mint and proof sets online, but couldn't find these types in any kinds of sets. So I have a question, does anyone know if they have been issued in sets or were they issued only for circulation?

I don't think this one was issued in sets. I believe the magnetic one was in the sets for 2002.  N#155561 

I have similar doubts about the 2006 1 and 5 cent coins.  

I am not entirely sure if you got my question correctly. Sorry, I might have formulated it not very well.

What I meant is that the 1 cent coin was issued in two compositions: copper plated steel and zinc. 5 cents coin was issued in three variations that year. And was asking specifically about the copper plated zinc (1 cent) and copper-nickel (5 cent) types.

I can fine many sets on ebay showing clearly the copper plated steel penny and nickel plated steel nickel were in the 2006 sets, not the copper plated zinc penny and copper-nickel nickel.

Similar for 2002, copper plated steel cent.

I believe they are these coins:

N#3587 (last no mint mark)

N#395 ( first with RCM logo)

Both are nickel plated steel.
