Hello everyone,
I think the option to be able to add sales records from past auctions is a very good addition to Numista. It makes it easy for users to add these records themselves.
However, I have been wanting to systematically add sales records of certain (fairly recent) auctions, but I noticed that it seems to take multiple weeks, if not months, for the drop-down auction list to get updated with the latest auctions that have finished.
For instance, e-Auction #83 from Auctiones GmbH (see https://www.auctiones.ch/browse.html?search=&auction=85) finished 3 weeks ago, but the option to select it and enter sales records from that auction is not there yet:

Is there someone specifically responsible for updating these lists? Or can users add them in some way themselves? If not, maybe it would be a good idea if these were updated somewhat more regularly/frequently in order to be able to stay ‘on top’ of the latest developments in auction results.
My first thought on this would be to start a ‘referee-program’ for past auctions, so that members can become ‘auction-referees’ for certain auction houses just like they are able to become a referee for one or multiple issuers. I'm always glad to volunteer for things like this.
I look forward to hear your opinions on this.
Best regards,
Gerebernus
