Please help me identify this Banknote

This 1909 10 Robles, is supposed to be signed by: Ivan Petrovich Gusev (IPG²) First Grade Assistant Clerk, The only one that was signed by (IPG²), P#11c. (3) in 1917-1918. and not 1909, please help 

All notes are dated 1909 some were just issued years later.

All variants are correct, the section that identifies variants signed by Shipov is pending to be updated. Here it is until then:

(1): Prefixes ДМ-КЦ. Issued by the Russian Empire.

(2): Prefixes КЧ-ПГ. Issued by the Provisional Government.

(3): Prefixes ПД-ЦѲ, АА-АМ, ГМ. Issued by the R.S.F.S.R.

Your variant is correct, it was issued during those years, with 1909 on the banknote.
