I have compiled a list of all signatures of the R.S.F.S.R. (USSR 1917-1924), along with the help of @Feklisov. Many of the signatories are the same as in the Russian Empire; however, this list only includes the mandates applicable to the R.S.F.S.R. All signatures contain suggested initials based off of the ones created and pre-existing for the Russian Empire. If it is necessary to change any initials, please consider these ones first as they have more complete information on the names.

The French and Spanish translations should be double-checked; neither is a language that I speak completely fluently with these terms, especially the French.
