Hello again experts!

I only post here asking for help if I have exhausted my research, this one is puzzling me because I can't even know what is depicting.

Looks like a crowned long hair king with a date? or an upside down eagle? I see feathers.

One side is most probably an eagle with a star below.

I am getting mad with numismatic pareidolia.

Maybe can somone see anything or help to find what is this coin

Diameter: 14.5mm

Weight: 0.62g

Any comment will be very appreciated!

Thank you

Geison

Medieval Wallachia has some designs with a bird atop a helmet.

Wow I would be happy with a Mircea the Elder coin.

But unfortunelly none matches, what I tought was a crown might be some feathers… no idea, browsed thousands and thousands of medieval and post medieval coins, still no idea

Thank you for the comment!

Can be this side

Hopefully there are enough letters that someone will recognize them.  Looks like T  E  ….  A(?)  M.  Lettering style perhaps 14th - 15ht c.

Would like to thank who helped in the search, after many many hours and too much coffe, just found it!

So Stettin City, Numista states as a German State, that is where I will put mine.

Thank you again for your time

Nice ID for place!

I think yours is a different type (Dan. 255) because of the legend STETIN MO obverse, the larger weight, etc.

This example has the stars on the side with the griffin, like yours:  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=12360095

Your example can replace the numista image

Arnav

It's a different type.  Should be a new listing.

I am afraid the coin is too ugly to add to the catalog

No problem.  I will create a listing using a downloaded image.

(and … I am not as old as your coin, but even uglier  😆)
