There were notable surges in memberships from Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Germany, Guatemala, Jordan and Venezuela.
Angola, Antigua & Barbuda, Ascension Island, Azerbaijan, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Comoros, Eswatini, Gambia, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Iceland, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Jersey, Lesotho, Libya, Macau, Madagascar, Malawi, Malta, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Namibia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, San Marino, Sint Maarten and Syria each gained one new member.

Of the top 30 nations, Mexico grew the fastest in April (4.4% increase), while Russia grew the slowest (0.6%). The USA grew by 1.1% and France grew by 1.0%.
