The General Council of Andorra (Catalan: Consell General d'Andorra), historically called the General Council of the Valleys, is the unicameral parliament of Andorra. In accordance with the Andorran constitution of 1993, the national population and the seven parishes have mixed and equal representation. The General Council exercises legislative power according to the doctrine of the separation of powers. “La Casa de la Vall” has been the historic seat of the council since 1702, both in the constitutional and pre-constitutional eras. In 2011, during the sixth legislature, the new headquarters came into operation.

El Consejo General de Andorra (Catalán: Consell General d'Andorra), históricamente llamado Consejo General de los Valles, es el parlamento unicameral de Andorra. De acuerdo con la constitución andorrana de 1993, la población nacional y las siete parroquias tienen una representación mixta e igualitaria. El Consejo General ejerce el poder legislativo según la doctrina de la separación de poderes. “La Casa de la Vall” es sede histórica del cabildo desde 1702, tanto en la época constitucional como preconstitucional.
