Hong Kong 1997 commemorative coins - might need a correction...

Yesterday, I posted a question in a HK-related forum about the difficulty of finding such coins in circulation.

I was informed that these coins were set only (both uncirculated and proof) and weren't minted for general circulation and if someone pulled one of those from circulation, it was from one of these sets.

Per that reply and the links provided, it was 200,000 uncirculated sets and 97,000 proof sets.

Namely, these links should have a correction to reflect this:

10¢ - N#5275

20¢ - N#5276

50¢ - N#5277

$1 - N#5279

$2 - N#5280

$5 - N#5281

$10 - N#5282

This makes sense for me, with the exception of the 2 dollars. If you look at the gallery on ucoin, that denomination has a much higher proportion of circulated examples than the others.

But not in the Numista database.  Exact same as the $1 coin, 94% vs. 7% proof with NRI 14 (~700 members).

I have all these coins and none came to me in a set. Could you share with us the source for this information?
