I need to know where to move the people from the page with one note to the page with two notes.  There is one with a stamp, and one without a stamp.

There is no undetermined line.  There is a with and a without line.

There should always be one when more then one line exists. I don't know how much a master referee can see, most likely you can't see it like a ref for the specific issuer could or maybe an admin.

I am referring to a banknote.  I can see everything.  No such line exists.  It would mess up the banknote count and the Numista stats.  So I will wait to act until I hear what needs done.  There may not be a national ref for that nation.

@alamir is the referee.  Looks like only 2 members are affected.

these are different notes. There are 4 kinds of paper. In numista you see grey and light pink.

I added the different catalog # in the comments

Please don´t murge the notes.
