I request, if possible, the inclusion of two issuing banks (for specialized issues) notes for Paraguay.
1 - El Banco Nacional del Paraguay (The National Bank of Paraguay) - responsible for issuing a series of Paraguayan banknotes in 1886, in according to Law of October 31th., 1883.
2 - El Banco del Paraguay y Rio de la Plata (The Bank of Paraguay and Silver River) - responsible for issuing a series of Paraguayan banknotes in 1889, in according to Law of June 26th., 1889.
