There were notable surges in memberships from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Colombia, El Salvador, Germany, Moldova, New Zealand, Panama, South Korea and Zimbabwe.
Armenia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, Gibraltar, Haiti, Kazakhstan, Lesotho, Macau, Malawi, Malta, Monaco, Mongolia, Myanmar, San Marino, South Sudan, Togo and Yemen each gained one new member.
