Request for a new issuing entity: PTT Netherlands [Risolto]

Can PTT Netherlands be added to the issuing entities?

PTT Netherlands (the former state-owned Post and Telephone company) has in the past issued two types of tokens:

- the Telephone section has issued about a dozen telephone tokens

- the Post section has issued 42 “Ecu-letter” covers, with a combination of a special token (visible through a plastic window in the cover), one or two postage stamps, and a commeorative first day stamp, all about the same topic, like this one: N#68118

We reference only issuing entities which appear on coins (names or logos), is it the case here?

Only on the telephone tokens, and on their canteen tokens, like this one N#27693
