Walking Liberty Half Dollar

According to the page on here: N#4455. 

The coin orientation is Coin, but I have a 1944 which is an Off Centre close to a Medal orientation, which orientation should this coin be?

The United States has never produced a legal tender coin in medal alignment (on purpose).

I had to take a video and convert it into a gif, but this is the coin

It seems it doesn't have a completely reedes edge. Is there other stuff like a seem?

I think it's been doctored.

Can you take a still picture?

 Maybe the seem is all round the outside of the HALF DOLLAR side - 

like someone cut out most of that side and rotated it. 

Also both sides look to have a very wide border.

Weight is 10.43g

Diameter is 32.13mm

Thickness is 1.96 mm

The place I purchased it from, sold it as a silver coin, hence why I bought it, I'm gutted

Maybe the inside one is real. It has the correct diameter.  You can't take it back?

I'm not 100% sure, but I'll keep it as its a interesting piece, I have a fake 1929 Peace Dollar as well
