10 Cents, Federal Reserve Bank of China, 1938 - not in database?

Hi, 

I came across this banknote in a collection of bills/coins that I inherited. I have searched the Banknote database and cannot locate it. I did find it on the Smithsonian Collection though. 

If it needs to be added I would love to but I looked at the form and was nervous about making a mistake. Any support would be appreciated. Thanks!
