This is a bit complicated:
From 1982 until 1998, the Royal Dutch Mint sold FDC year sets of Dutch coins, with a special Mint token in each set.
They also sold FDC year sets of coins from the Netherlands Antilles, also with a special Mint token in each set, starting in 1983.
During the period from 1983 until 1986, the obverse and reverse of these tokens were the same for both sets. However, there was a difference in alignment. Both tokens followed the alignment of the coins in the set: 3 o'clock for the Dutch set, coin alignment for the set of the Netherlands Antilles.
After 1986, the designs of the Dutch Mint tokens were different: each year, another coat of arms of a specific province appeared on the obverse. The tokens for the Netherlands Antilles kept the same design until 1997.
On this page, the Dutch mint tokens are listed: N#51325
On this page, the Netherlands Antilles' mint tokens are listed: N#323039
However, all tokens on the first page that were minted from 1987 onwards should be moved to the second page, since they belong there (see my explanation above).
The 1982 year line on the second page (N.A.) should be removed, since that token was issued only with the Dutch set. Members should be moved to 1982 on the first page (NL).
I hope you understand my explanation, as well as the request.
Anton
P.S.: I forgot to mention the tokens in the Proof sets: only in 1982, the same token was used in both the Dutch FDC sets and the Dutch Proof sets. After 1982, the tokens in the Proof set still had the same design as the ones in the FDC sets, but they were minted in another material: first silver (1983-1986), later copper-nickel.
P.P.S: To add to the confusion: For those of you who are using the Postma catalogue, please note that page #133 is supposed to come between the top and bottom section of page #134. The way the pages are printed, places a section of Dutch FDC set tokens in between tokens from the Netherlands Antilles FDC sets.
