I don't know the value of the note due to the signature being another one

The note is not graded yet but i wanted to know the value.

The note is “10000 Escudos 12 Feb 1998” and the vice-governor is another guy.

I saw one of these selling for 390 Euros

My note is in perfect condition, it has never been touched.
