Anonymous Mint

Hi would it be possible to add Anonymous Mint to the exonumia manufacturer listings, have some silver bullion rounds from the ‘Celtic Lore’ series I would like to add to this site, the copper bullion ones are already on here I see.

Not sure its a mint as I see they produce coins with Osborne?

I will be totally honest and I am no expert on them, a friend managed to pickup a bullion silver coin from their range and that was the most info we could find on it, and noticed it was not on here when we were making him an account on here.

If someone in the know could add them to the catalogue on here that would be great, I had a look but it looks a bit complicated for me, I live under a rock technology wise.

My point is that if they are just a commercial entity with the word “mint” in it, they dont qualify for being referenced in our mint database. They need to produce themselves the items to be considered as a Mint by Numista, which is not tha case at least in the case of this item produced by Osborne.

Ahh I understand what you mean now, yeah we have lots of ‘mints’ in the UK selling selling commemorative coins probably made in China.

Would still be good if someone could add the series to Numista though 🙂

You can add Celtic Lore series yourself with change requests on identified page :-)

I will give it a bash after work, it might not be pretty though 😁
