1932 or 1933?

Quick question for anyone who's good at Arabic dates. I was wondering if this coin N#22474 is from 1932 like it is labled, or if it's actually from 1933 as the last number looks like it could go either way.

I agree with rsirian1 that the last Arabic numeral is a 3 (more visible on enlargement), making the date in Arabic 1933. The VS date within the circle is 1989, just like the coin shown in Numista. So I would classify it as a 1989 (1933), which is listed in the Numista table of possible dates.
