Impossible to contact another member

Hello,

I would like to know how could I get in touch with another member of numista.

I have asked to swap through Numista  but do not have answer. It seems to be not active or c¡not checking the messages.

Is there any way to get in touch with the member? I guess that administrators of numista could tell me if the member is still available. Or may send and email to him. Thank you very much beforehand, I would be very gratefull if you can help me to contact or just tell him tham I am trying to do so

Hello.  When you open a member's profile you can get a lot of information.  For instance, here's yours:

What I see is that you are currently active (access Numista within the past week). I can also see you have no coins in your collection and that you have never swapped and that you have no coins to swap.

Perhaps the member you are trying to swap with doesn't want to be bothered with someone that has nothing to offer them in a swap or perhaps they haven't accessed Numista since you asked to swap.

Either way, the admins of Numista will not contact them on your behalf. I would suggest you populate your Numista collection with the coins you possess to make it worth their while to respond to you.  This may help:

I have checked the information of the member that I would like to contact but there is no email or other contact information.

I guess that this member is no longer active in numista because ther is no swaps or messages, so thats why I am triying to get in touch with him.

For me it is very important and thats why I am trying to do my best to contact.

May be one administrator could check if there is another option to contact, I know this is not something usual but I just beg for it.
