Where can I find a Catalog Master Referee?

The coin mintages of many Singapore coins are wrong eg 

The 5 Cents from 1995 onward. It is ridiculous to say they made 90 million 5 Cents for a population of  6 million in one year.

The same for the dollars. 129 million for 1997? etc.

I think that someone added three zeros to all mintages.

The US made 4.5 billion pennies and 1.4 billion nickels in 2023 for a population of 343 million.

What you think is irrelevant, it can be a start to look into things but what you need are sources, black on white that state the mintage was so and so high.

That is why the country referee asked me to contact  a Catalog Master Referee. He had no catalog or further information.

Usually the referee should be the more knowledgable about the specific country, don't know how much a master referee would help.
