Trouble uploading PDFs? [Risolto]

Hello,

I am trying to add some additional coins to my collection. In the past, I've had no problems uploading both photos and PDF documents (such as receipts or other documentation) under the “Pictures or private PDF documents” feature. But now—while I am able to upload photos—PDFs no longer upload. Instead, I get the following error message:

(en.numista.com says The file is not a valid image. OK)

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is it a problem with Numista or with me?

Not working for me either.

Could you be running into a file size limit perhaps?

No. Just tried with and extremely small PDF. Same thing.  Also, the error message seems to imply only image files are acceptable.

Yes, it is so odd. I’ve always uploaded receipts or whatever for my coin purchases. The PDFs I’ve loaded in the past are all still there, I just can’t add any new ones now. And I’m only using about 3% of my allotted storage space so not a size issue. I’ve emailed the site master about it, hopefully just a glitch that can be fixed!

One workaround is to save PDFs as images and then upload but that could be a lot of work if you have a lot of documents (like me!)

Except that is by design (not a bug) whereas this is already allowed but is just not working now.
