They look so similar and on WCG it has them under Turkey for the KM number. It's all just a bit confusing. Can anybody explain this? Is it just this size 1mm?

is incorrect. It illustrates an Ottoman 10 Para mint in Constantinople.
Here is the correct picture of an Egypt 10 Para of Abdul Mejid reign from my collection.
My coin was mint in AH 1255//15 (1852 AD), it is 29.5 mm in diameter and weights 12.59g
The Egyptian coin is by far (my estimate 3-4 times) more scarce than the corresponding Turkish (Ottoman) coin mint in Constantinople.
