Issues with 'New Outing' page

I'm having issues with the ‘new outing’ page. 

1. The drag and drop is not working (because the dropzone.js was not loaded), and I do not see a button to upload photos.
2. I believe there should be a map in the Location section, but that is not visible.

Also, the console is showing lots of errors.

You're right, I should have done a search before reporting.
