I am just speaking for myself.
It's not the birthday that is important here. This is a replacement star note and I am sure you will find someone willing to pay a small premium in this condition, on top of the face value, but by how much, I have no idea.
As this is considered as a birthday note, you can also do a Google search to find out who was born on this day. Andrew Lloyd Webber, Reese Witherspoon and William Shatner just to name a few, but not in the same year. If this was the same as the birthday of say William Shatner, then maybe a Star Wars fan may like to have this. I am sure a collector who was born on this date might be interested too.
