Who is responsible for adding/removing countries and sections to countries? Cuz putting the independent state era under Yugoslavia is honestly stupid, it should be under Croatia
There was no section for independent state, it was all under modern day Croatia and sorted as “Kuna (Old)”, but it certainly belongs under Croatia more than it does under Yugoslavia
@Jarcek If Independent state of Croatia is under Yugoslavia, why serbian banknotes and coins of that time are not under Yugoslavia then. It is simple because Yugoslavia does not existed between 1941 and 1945. Also using that “logic” (Independent state of Croatia to be under Yugoslavia), why slovakian banknotes and coins of that time are not under Czechoslovakia?
About that somebody complained, somebody can complain that 2+2 is not 4 or that Earth is not round and we should agree with them.
Following the very description of the issuer it would make no sense geographically speaking to put it under Croatia
“The Independent State of Croatia (Nezavisna Država Hrvatska) was a World War II–era puppet state of Nazi Germany and Fascist Italy. It was established in parts of occupied Yugoslavia on 10 April 1941, after the invasion by the Axis powers. Its territory consisted mostly of modern-day Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as some parts of modern-day Serbia and Slovenia.”
It was an occupied part of Yugoslavia, name “Croatia” does not change this fact
What about Serbia then?
The Government of National Salvation also referred to as Nedić's government or Nedić's regime, was the colloquial name of the second Serbian collaborationist puppet government established after the Commissioner Government in the German-occupied territory of Serbia during World War II in Yugoslavia. Appointed by the German Military Commander in Serbia, it operated from 29 August 1941 to 4 October 1944. Unlike the Independent State of Croatia, the regime in occupied Serbia was never accorded status in international law and did not enjoy formal diplomatic recognition of the Axis powers.

Wartime Serbia is not recognised even by the Axis, but coins and banknotes from that time are under Serbia.
What about Slovakia?
The (First) Slovak Republic until 21 July 1939 known as the Slovak State was a partially-recognized clerical fascist client state of Nazi Germany which existed between 14 March 1939 and 4 April 1945 in Central Europe. The Slovak part of Czechoslovakia declared independence with German support one day before the German occupation of Bohemia and Moravia. It controlled most of the territory of present-day Slovakia, without its current southern parts, which were ceded by Czechoslovakia to Hungary in 1938.
The current Slovak Republic does not consider itself a successor state of the wartime Slovak Republic, instead a successor to the Czechoslovak Federal Republic.

The coins and banknotes from that time are not under Czechoslovakia, but under Slovakia even that current Slovak Republic does not consider itself a successor state of the wartime Slovak Republic instead a successor to the Czechoslovakia.
It is interesting why only for Croatia is this approach?
I answered the question of the request, please create other requests if needed for those situations you pointed
So then why isn't Vichy State under Nazi Germany? Why are coins issued by the Vichy state under France, and not under their true owner at the time? Or even better, a section on their own? Why do foreigners who have no idea about us or our troubled past feel the urge to constantly create divisions between us and convince us something is the way they understand it when it's far from it?

Because Vichy was a State fully part of France geographiccally speaking
The Independent State of Croatia should be under ‘Croatia’.
The 1941-45 Kuna was actually divided into 100 Banica as opposed to 100 Lipa for the later Kuna.
The word ‘Banica’ is derived from the title of ‘Ban’ which means ‘Governor’.
