Addition of the banknote catalogue [Risolto]

Hello, 

Could you please add this reference catalogue for Czechoslovak, Czech and Slovak banknotes?

I suggest using the code BHK for the catalogue (this code is already in use among some Czech collectors, consisting of monograms of the authors of all previous editions–Bajer, Holna and Kohout), or maybe BKK based on the authors of the newest edition.

I added Prag but there is no field to imput the country. Might change when we have the new book category in the catalogue.

It's called Prague in English also isn't there a translated title field too? _{^{(edit: no I was mistaken there is no dedicated field)}}
