Where has my appeal gone? [Risolto]

I submitted a change of page details to include a variation for a 10c coin from South Africa last month which was rejected a few days later by Pcoetzee5.  May I ask where appeals to decisions by Referees go to, as have not yet received a reply?

Appeals can take a long time – I've had some take three months. (I don't keep records so I don't know what the longest has been.)

And now, with all the work around adjustments for the new category system, I would expect that the referees are quite busy.
