I find myself often searching through different categories of Numista for different reasons. I think adding butting to clear a search line of text would be useful. Like on Google and other sites for instance.
You could take the drop menu of the virtual keyboard and move it to another location and add the X to be able to clear the text quickly. Then lets say I wanted to search “1969 Dollars united states” under Banknotes and then search “1960 Belgique french” under coins I could clear the search line with one click and type the text in. Uncheck Banknotes and then check Coins. Neither of these categories are my default settings. When using my default settings and wanting to perform a new search I just perform the search from the top of the page which always uses my default.
