Hello,
Please add the People's Bank of the RSFSR as an issuing entity under the Soviet Union. It was the State Bank of the Russian Empire until it was renamed the People's Bank in 1918, with commercial banks being nationalised and merged with it.

Please always link an example page
Should I update this entity name ?
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/issuing_entity.php?id=31
Signatures are attached to it
The entity name should not be updated; a new one should be created. I’ll get back to you some time next week about which signatures need to move, which need to stay, and which need to be listed under both.

OK I created the entity as first step : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/issuing_entity.php?id=6397
Bump @Voided_Username01 :-)
Sorry about the wait!
Here is the spreadsheet where I have it categorised where each signature should go: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16A_ljrCj6OJkWVbFuf89c5Zhew0t3qCw5pQau0dFIXk/edit?gid=968474433#gid=968474433
Use the sheet titled "Sig. of the R.S.F.S.R."
Green should be the People's Bank of the RSFSR only.
Yellow should be both issuing entities.
Red should stay at the State Treasury of the USSR.

Done, thanks
In updating signatures on notes, I realized that Nikolay Aleksandrovich Lavrovskiy, Cashier, needs to be moved to the People's Bank of the USSR only as well. Grigory Ivanovich Gavrilov, Cashier, needs to be placed in both, not just the State Bank.

This issuing entity should also be moved to the RSFSR (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=rsfsr&r=&st=148&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=&ie=&ca=3&no=&v=&a=&dg=&i=&b=&m=&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw=).

Here is an updated list of the signatories that need to be moved to this issuing entity: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16A_ljrCj6OJkWVbFuf89c5Zhew0t3qCw5pQau0dFIXk/edit?gid=968474433#gid=968474433
Use the sheet tiled “Sig. of the R.S.F.S.R.”
Green means move exclusively to the People's Bank of the RSFSR
Yellow means keep at the State Treasury of the USSR and move to the People's Bank of the RSFSR.
Red means to keep at the State Treasury exclusively.

I'm surprised I thought it was finished.
Consider its not easy to update afterwards, better to do all at once. Are you sure it is the end now ?
I went through each banknote and signature in a couple of catalogues to ensure all the information was as accurate as possible. These ideally are the last of the signatures that have to be moved between these two issuers, unless anyone ends up finding completely new information that conflicts.

Scratch that! I got my issuers mixed up. They will still need to be moved elsewhere, though, but it looks like I caught it before you got started which is good. I apologise for the confusion.

No I Still wait for the final instructions
I'm working on making a list of what signatures go to what issuing entities (some of which do not exist) for the RSFSR and USSR. I've been busy the past few days, hence my lack of response. You can mark this as done; I'll make a new forum post for the mass movement of signatures, as more issuing entities will need to be created. Thank you for your patience.

Interesting book to consider buying… or maybe someone here wrote it?
It looks really interesting! I’ll give it a look when I’ve got spare cash. It is on regional issues and not the main Empire/RSFSR/USSR/Federation issues—what most catalogues focus on.
