We first think of Yugoslavia of course,

but there are many other countries where it is not easy to find these figures, such as when Sudan switched from the old pound to the dinar in 1992 with a rate of one dinar for ten old Sudanese pounds, or the exchange rate on 2024 between the “Zimbabwe gold dollar” and the previous “Real Time Gross Settlement dollar”

How would this even be implementable?

This is what the list of currencies becomes with the adoption of the ISO code of the currency and its devaluation rate.

Each referee receives a pre-filled document with the different currencies to establish the exchange rate between each consecutive currencies

Information about the exchange rate between old and new currency could also fit in the description on currency pages, if we ever decide to have pages dedicated to currencies, similarly to the current pages for rulers, mints, series, etc.
