I was looking thruge the catalog and noticed how the P#40 (N#206564) has a line with 1996 as the year, which is the issuing year of P#45 (N#204318)
Is this due to an error in the P#45, where the hologrphic device is gone? Or is this a forgotten yearline, which should be moved to P#45 normal line and then removed?
Errors where the holographic device is gone exists for the 100 D. Mark of the same series (N#204837)
Poking referee: @Pcoetzee5 for some specialisation :D
Thanks!

According to SCWPM (and, consequently, BNM), the 1996 issue is P#45 (with the holographic detail). But, locally, there may be some information on this year's emissions without the holographic seal.
So, I ask the referee @pcoetzee / @Pcoetzee5 to take a look at these records to make adjustments, if necessary.
