Add script: Paleo-Hebrew.

I got this banknote today and it features Paleo-Hebrew:

Could we add Paleo-Hebrew as a script. Or is it too close to Phonecian, to be seperate? And even if it is, I'll still argue we got similar script orderes seperatly, but I'm no expert.

Maybe @her.terk the referee has an opinion? Should I add Phonecian or push for “Paleo Hebrew” to be added? To me they look quite similar.

i prefer the admins to weigh in here, maybe its expected to be added, maybe outside of the scope of this site, i personally don't have the knowledge in that area.
there's are so many items here with earlier “versions” of Hebrew (Phoenician/Paleo-Hebrew/Proto-Hebrew/Old-Hebrew and many more non-Hebrew-related languages around here), that are being used as art for modern coins (LINK for example) so this change will affect a-lot of items
