IS THERE A WAY TO DELETE POSTS?

Hello and welcome to Numista!

I'm sorry but I only see what looks like a partial ink stamp done after the banknote was released for circulation.  Am I missing what you're seeing?

Are these the flaws you are referring to or am I looking at the wrong spot?

I am speaking for myself. In my opinion and given the condition of the note, I would not put any premium on it. It looks like these were added after the note was issued. I cannot see any wet ink transfer based on the design on the back of this note. If I have a value for your note, I would say it is worth US$1.

Again, this is my 2 cents opinion. Perhaps, other US collectors here can prove me wrong.

Yes that's the area im referring to. I'm not indicating that it's valuable or special,  that said im.aware that misprint etc etc etc.can be very valuable…so I'm just curious about this printing.

It appears from initial printing of the bill…

I think that is unlikely.

I agree. Initially I thought it might be caused by wet ink transfer but I cannot see those designs on the back of the note.

Your bill technically has PMD - post mint damage.

When tellers strap bills in the USA, they stamp the straps with information such as bank, branch and teller. Sometimes the stamps go partially off the strap and onto the top banknote. Notes with these partial inkings are quite common in the USA.
