Aren't those just the auction results? I'm talking about in a normal situation.
None of those auction results affect the values on that page. They are from member input only.
Which is why I'm asking for an estimate.
Why wouldn't those values be considered a normal situation?
Because, there aren't too many people gathered to outbid each other, outside an auction!
Oh, so want only auction results? And why do you assume the members hat entered those values didn't win an auction?
Don't know what you mean here. I was just looking for an estimated worth, nothing more.
Just trying to help. There are values on the banknote page that should give you an idea of what yours is worth.
If you check ebay sold items, you will see that they are fetching below exchange rate and central bank is no longer accepting them. You are 13 years late.

I agree with @tokul. Most modern currency in circulated condition (like the notes pictured) are not collectible. They're worth Face Value (or less).
I'm always astonished at how many worn out (uncollectible) banknotes are posted on social media & here. I mean its great that there are new people collecting banknotes (budding collectors) but its like they missed the memo “in great condition.” Hundreds of millions of these notes were issued. And most were used but many were kept in bundles (X100) in perfect UNC condition.
Condition really does matter (even for special # & errors).

While I completely agree with you, sometimes there's different angle that I see things from, e.g this French note has a different market dynamics in Pakistan so normally I am looking to determine the lowest value worldwide so that I could sell it accordingly. Now, I got these notes at 67 Euro cents apiece so I was trying to suss out the margin they might get me here in Pakistan. Other than that, there's hardly anyone who can oppose your highly valuable insight.
So seller did not know what to do with them and sold you them for 200 PKR. He traded dead currency for live one at 1 to 1 ratio.
Worldwide they fetch 5-22 USD as per ebay with one or two sales per day in last week of December. If you go through the hassle of ebay, you might get 25x profit.
Technically they are not worth face value since February 2012. Face value would be around 30 EUR.

He traded the dead currency with the nominal live currency so it still is a very good deal. Specially, if I can sell them at 5x.
And it wasn't a collector who sold me this. There's this little market where the currencies are sold at lower rates and my agent there bought me these. Sometimes currencies are sold at a discount as high as 20% and these kind of unpopular/ demonetized currencies are normally available at a huge discount.
