This year is incorrect

Year 1978 doesn't exist for this coin.

catalog and about 50 users claiming to have this one say otherwise

however, even these 50 or so people feel strange when mixed with the information that the 1978
issue can be considered "very rare" since it is listed as BU only with 300 bucks value.
so - are those people lying or is the catalog lying  

might be that it is neither of them.
they might have mistaken it with https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5234.html
but still - 1978 issue seems to exist - very scarcely however

Well, Krause has a LOT of mistakes... the Argentinian Catalog doesn't say anything about a 1978 coin. I assume the one that has Krause Publications must be fake or a mule...
It happened some months ago with the 5 Centavos one that I claimed that it didn't exist in copper-nickel for the years 2004-2005 (it was a Krause mistake that I think it's already corrected in the 2012 edition).
But, still these mistakes are in the Numista catalog!

yea sure - only solution is to PM all these users and find out if the really have the KM#85 1978
issue or the KM#82 one - will do this
