please add the Puerto Rican flag in the profile options [Risolto]

Hi, I’ve been using this website for a while now, but it bugs me that in my profile the flag of Spain is slapped beside my country (place), Puerto Rico, even though we legally have our own flag and we haven’t been a colony of Spain since 1898. Can someone change that please? And if possible, could this change also apply for any Puerto Rican exonumia in the general catalog in modern times?

I completely agree with you.  Several years ago the flag was changed from the current Puerto Rico flag to the Spanish flag because of this reasoning:

PUERTO RICO: Put the flag of Spain that was used between 1843 and 1931, since the coins of Puerto Rico are within this period

For the record there are 34 objects in the Numista catalog from 1843-1931 and 122 outside that date range.

I changed the flag of Puerto Rico to the current flag.

Coins attached to a Spanish ruler still have the Spanish flag.

Thank you, I can see it in the catalog now. Though it still shows the flag of Spain in my profile.

Clear your browser's cache. That should fix it.
