Adding new issuing identities

It seems that something is broken when adding of new issuing entities (and ruling authorities).

When I click on those links only a copy of the drop down menu (or many in the case of rulers) appears and not a free text entry.

It was disabled long time ago If I am not mistaken.

It has never been possible to create an issuing entity from the coin modification page. 

You can request the addition of missing entities via the forum.

Edit: Sorry for my mistake, it was actually possible until 2003, when the database for token and medal issuing entities was merged with the database for banknote issuing banks.

What you are showing on the screenshot is the possibility to add multiple issuing entities.

Ah okay, thanks I usually don't use the issuing entity field and I interpreted Add more issuing entities wrong.
