Difficult to say for certain with the photos provided. I tried to download them and blow them up for viewing and scrutiny but was unsuccessful. What I could view was very worn, washed out, harshly cleaned and could not compare the finer details for a definitive conclusion but I am leaning replica already. Even if genuine, it is in very bad condition.

yea its mostly for the silver content so i will take it to my local coin shop so they can like look at it

I would add that even if genuine the silver content would be an unknown quantity because of the very nature of these restikes as they reduced the silver content over the years.

well i have looked at it and if its real then its the 1949 also bc it feels like silver in hand but 1949 is .500 but yea i have to take it to the coin shop so they can look better at it
