Kadamba Dynasty [Risolto]

Hello, 

I just wanted to request the creation of an Issuer for the Various Kadamba dynasties (preferably under India > Hindu States). The Kadambas were a series of dynasty from the same family line that ruled over various parts of Deccan India from 345 to the 1400s. They are a very important part of Indian history, and I have a number of coin types - mostly Gold but some Potin - with sources - that are ready to be added in. Also, if possible, please make the Currency a Pagoda type.

Isn't this only for ancient? The various Kadamba dynasties stretched to the 1300s and 1400s, far after the end of the ancient eras. 

It's rare in the catalogue such cases, but anyway if needed we can change the category of this issuer 

Question being: is it the same issuer truly for 10 centuries?

Basically, the family had several Kingdoms, and several branches. I think it's just best if we make a second Kadambas, but under the Hindu Dynasties, the same way there is for the Guptas. 

If you look German States, you'll see we have different issuers for each branches for instance

I doubt it make sense to make a big bag of 10 centuries and several Kingdoms just because they are descending from same dynasty

I understand your idea and admit Numista is not always applying its own guidelines right now but stand by my thinking : if attribution to different branches is consensual, we should split.

We mix only when attribution is uncertain

I had requested this issuer to add several pieces, specifically from Goa and Hangal. I think those two are good to add and have a number of different gold issues. The currency for both should be Padmatankas.
