I am guessing that Pendennis is such a small micronation that no one has actually heard of it, located somewhere in Cornwall perhaps.

Why not chose parity with Sterling? This is generally useful for trade after UDI and has been a trend in the past.

Clarification, this supposition is based on the location of Pendennis castle, which is in Cornwall.

Nice spot, Cornwall, spent some time there some years back.
